Great accessibility from central train station, nearby dining options, friendly assistance with late bookings

Basic kitchenware and cutlery are lacking despite the price!!! Limited seating areas downstairs makes the lobby feel cramped!!! Overall facilities feel basic and underwhelming!!!

Neat units with the Nespresso Machine and sounded like the building's ventilation system plus very comfortable beds.

Highly recommend for solo travelers

The hotel is ideally located near Central Station. They had complimentary coffee and snacks in the foyer which was really nice. My room was cleaner than I anticipated and had a microwave and smart TV that I didn't use this time but it's nice to have options.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for the location and experience it's acceptable.

Breakfast was complimentary, pleasant views, awesome location not far from bus stops and the center of the city with reasonable price and complimentary breakfast. We had an a double room which was wonderful and adequate. Everything was great during our stay even so disappointing aspect was very old bathroom.

The staff - some of them were poor.

The location offered easy access to dining options within a short walking distance. Fresh fruit and complimentary coffee in the lobby added a nice touch. The lack of windows in the room left it feeling a bit claustrophobic, and the bed provided limited comfort for extended stays. Some minor issues with room maintenance could be addressed to enhance the overall experience.

Lack of laundry facilities in the rooms - shared laundry on ground floor - 1 iron, 1 tumble drier, 1 washing machine.

The double room was soundproof and neat with four beds on my own. The location was incredible and amazing for Sydney, just next door to Central Station and lots of restaurants and Paddy's Market, Central Train Station, plus light rail out to Darling Harbour, Star Casino and the Sydney Fish Market.

Friendly staff and 24-hour coffee machine were great, but room felt a bit cramped.

The location was perfect to visit the main important site in Sydney by walking. The room was comfortable for the rate we paied.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and is right on the edge of George St and Pitt St and easily accessable to the city.

I was on a floor where there was a generator that was noisy but thankfully did not keep me awake at night. I got cold during the night so had a fitful night sleep as there are only extra pillows kept in the room. I understood what the manager said about having to wash them after each guest but I had a very busy day at work and was in need of a good night's sleep. Otherwise a very good place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks

The convenience of having a microwave and smart TV in the room added value, but the small size felt cramped. A visit to nearby dining options was a highlight, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was refreshing. Just be aware of the potential for limited room comfort.

Great coffee machine lobby

The coffee machine in the lobby was a great perk, allowing me to grab coffee anytime. I also loved the free breakfast items like bread and muffins. The staff were really kind. Plus, it's close to spice alley and a supermarket.
